The next meeting of the Technology Interest Group will take place December 5 from 2-4pm at the SWON Libraries Office.

Discussion at this meeting will focus on technology used to provide distance education. This includes technology that reaches out to remote patrons as well as ways to provide training for library staff. Attendees are invited to share their experiences and examples from their libraries.

The next meeting of the Technology Interest Group will be Friday, September 19 at 2pm.  The location is the SWON Libraries Office in Blue Ash.  The location has been moved to the (new) main branch of Boone County Public LibraryRegistration is now open.

The topic for the meeting is “Technology and Marketing.”

While not library specific, the Classroom 2.0 Wiki looks like a great resource for libraries using Web 2.0 technologies.
